Ask

Build segregated cycle tracks along the A5 Burnt Oak Broadway and Edgware Road

Explanation

This would form part of a strategic long-term project to have a high-quality cycle corridor all the way down the A5. Our colleagues in Harrow Cyclists and Barnet Cyclists are lobbying their councillors for the same for their sections of the A5. But even if Harrow and Barnet do not build cycle tracks on their sections, we believe Brent should push ahead with this. There is plenty of wasted space in the section of the A5 in Queensbury Ward that could be reallocated to cycling.

See our video about this ask.
