A Cycle Memorial

I noticed this today at the junction of Burdett Road and Mile End Road. A beautiful, touching memorial, with plaque, chained to the railings. Perhaps if we saw more of these on the streets, the issue of cycle safety would be a bit more prominent in the minds of those lorry drivers.
