Maybe we should point out the absurdity of this to the Park Authorities. Queens Park is owned by the Corporation of the City of London, who are apparently dead set against cycling in any of their parks. I suppose they would say that the racks are there for people who bring their bikes and leave them while they use the park's other facilities. Nevertheless, it would be good to press them again on cycle use. there are very few places in that area where children can ride their bikes, as I recall from the days when my son was small.
