Brent Cyclists is an active group which regularly organises bikes rides in and around our borough and sometimes beyond!

We also organise special events such as cyclists' breakfasts and trips out together

Anybody is welcome to join us on our rides. Note that your bike must be roadworthy, and responsibility for that lies with you (though other members may give help and advice on the ride). If the ride is likely to continue past dusk, be sure to carry lights. Riders under 16 years old should be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Triangulation Ride

Meet: Outside entrance to Queensbury Underground Station (Jubilee Line) 
A circular ride from Queensbury to bag as many OS Triangulation pillars and surface blocks as possible in one ride in Brent and just inside neighbouring boroughs which should be around six if we can locate them, this might spur you on to locate the other 7472 trigpoints in the country built 1936-1962. These very historical trigpoints enabled the size and shape of the country to be determined to within about 20m. The ride is about 20 miles (32km) with a lunch stop at about half distance. All welcome.
