A protected cycle track on Blackbird Hill

Explanation

This is a very busy road with fast traffic. It is a broad road with 2 lanes on both sides. It is the only direct route from North Brent to South Brent. A cycle track here is required to connect with the new crossing of the North Circular Road that we are calling for at Neasden (sse our related ask for Welsh Harp Ward).

View of Blackbird Hill at the moment: a road choked with motor traffic with literally no space for cycling at all. Yet it is an essential link between Wembley, Kingsbury and Neasden, with no cycle alternative
