No through motor-traffic zones

Ask

Close Park Avenue North to motorised through-traffic at the Jubilee line bridge

Explanation

This would create a pleasant cycling route between Gladstone Park and Willesden Green and reduce traffic on all the roads on the south side of Gladstone Park (because of mode-shift: people would decide to do more journeys by bike), so making it also safer and more pleasant for people to access the park on foot. There is a specific problem with danger and blind corners under the bridge, which would be solved by this proposal.
