Take measures to remove through-traffic from Dollis Hill Lane and Crest Road
Explanation
This is a residential area, and contains several schools. Through-traffic removal (removal of motor traffic from outside the area using these streets as a cut-through) is needed to make the roads safe enough for children to cycle on. Dollis Hill Lane is a bad rat-run, with fast traffic that makes it difficult for people to access Gladstone Park on foot and bike. Measures could include cycle-friendly traffic calming, one-way sections with cycle exceptions, or mode filters (cycle-premeable road-closures).
