Ask
Two-way cycling on Harlesden High Street and adjacent roads at all times
Explanation
Harlesden High Street area is getting a makeover, but cycling has been neglected in the new designs. It will make it easier for people to get about in the town centre and help to revive it commercially if two-way cycling is allowed on all roads in the area, including the section of the High Street due to be closed to non-bus traffic at certain times.
